Our Story

Started in Canada, Built for Mexico

Samson Waters is a Canadian company that grew into one of the most active vacation rental managers on the Riviera Maya and Pacific coast. We have offices in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Merida, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Riviera Nayarit, and the Okanagan. We started because we knew what Canadian and international travelers expect: clear communication, reliable properties, and someone who picks up the phone. That same standard now applies to every owner we manage for. We speak English, French, and Spanish, and we know both sides of the border well.
